The personal data requested, where applicable, will consist of those data that are essential to identify and attend to the request of the data subject, resolve the issues raised and provide the contracted services. The data subject will be informed by AMA, prior to the collection of his/her data, of the points set out in this Privacy Policy, so that he/she can give express, precise and unequivocal consent to the processing of his/her data.

Firstly, it is important for Users to be aware that when personal information is provided online (e.g. via email or via the Internet), it can be collected and used by others. Therefore, AMA is not responsible for this information being collected, stored and/or processed by an unauthorised third party, as it has adopted the security measures available to ensure that this does not happen.

The origin of the data that we process and store in AMA can come from different places:

With these forms, Users may make a query or provide us with a suggestion, request a quote for a specific service offered on our website / request a ticket offered on our website or receive, if expressly authorised, advertising and newsletters from AMA. Through these forms, Users provide us with their data and consent to the processing of the same in accordance with the purposes indicated at the time of filling in the form.

Users shall be responsible for the veracity and authenticity of the data they provide us with through our forms, and it is their obligation to keep them updated at all times in order to avoid errors on our part.   1. LEGITIMACY FOR THE PROCESSING OF DATA.

The legal basis for the processing of the Users’ data will depend on the time at which the personal data of the User, Potential Client or Client is collected or processed:

The legal basis for the processing of data collected through enquiry and information forms as well as requests. These requests do not imply any contractual relationship.

  1. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING AND DATA STORAGE PERIODS.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, they are set out in full below, together with the period of data retention by AMA:

Contact form: To be able to contact the User to resolve the query, doubt or suggestion, as well as to send them, if they have requested it, a username and password to access their private space.

These data are stored on the e-mail provider’s server without a deletion period and for as long as the data subject does not object. However, in the event that the e-mails retained relate to the provision of services, they shall be retained for as long as obligations may arise from the contractual relationship (5 years – Section 1964 of the Civil Code).

Information request form: This data will be used by AMA, to provide you with information and to contact you in relation to the interest expressed regarding our organisation or our services.

Registration Form: This data will be used by AMA for the contractual purpose of selling the tickets purchased by you and for internal management of the organisation, accounting, tax and administrative purposes. These data will be kept by AMA for as long as any liability may arise from the application of the pre-contractual/contractual measures requested by the interested party (5 years – article 1964 of the Civil Code) or they will be kept for a period of 6 years (article 30 of the Commercial Code).

 

Newsletter and advertising form: This data will be used by AMA to provide you with information and to contact you in relation to your interest in receiving newsletters and advertising.

Data collected through Cookies: Through the Cookies of which we inform you in our Cookies Policy, that we recommend you read, we collect data to personalise your experience and better meet your individual needs, improve our website, allow comments to be shared on social networks, etc. This data will be kept in accordance with the provisions of our Cookies Policy, to which we refer you.

  1. OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE THE REQUESTED DATA.

In order to optimally execute the services, Users must provide us with the information and personal data requested on our forms. If all the information requested and marked as compulsory is not provided, AMA will not be able to offer its services or send, where appropriate, the information requested and therefore will not be able to provide the services in which the User is interested.

Any person may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, limitation of processing, the right to portability, the right not to be subject to automated processing, including profiling and the right to object to the personal data held in any of the files for which AMA is responsible, by requesting this by any means that provides proof of sending and receipt, clearly expressing their wish and enclosing a photocopy of their ID card and any other documents necessary to prove their identity.

What exactly can you apply for?

Right of access: You may request information on whether AMA is processing your personal data.

Right of rectification: You may request the rectification of the data, in the event that they are incorrect, as well as their deletion.

Right of cancellation: You may request the cancellation of the data; and if there is any limitation, AMA will keep the data duly blocked, only for the exercise or defence of claims.

Right of opposition: You may request that we stop processing the data in the manner stated, unless for legitimate reasons we must continue to process them, a circumstance that we will expressly state.

Right to request restriction of processing: You may at any time request that we restrict the processing of your data in any of the following cases:

2.Where the processing of the data are unlawful under applicable law and the data subject opts for restriction of use rather than deletion of the data.

AMA is present on Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, Google+ and YouTube, with the possibility of using others in the future.

Therefore, through this Privacy Policy, AMA acknowledges that it is responsible for the processing of data published by AMA on these platforms, as well as data that Users send privately to AMA in order to be extracted – for example, communications for AMA to deal with an enquiry.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, through the profiles, AMA does not share or communicate any personal information about Users, “followers” on Twitter, Facebook, etc.

We take advantage of this Privacy Policy to inform Users that AMA’s profile on the aforementioned social networks is open to the general public, without limiting access to other users, with the aim that our brand, services, competitions, contests, etc. are seen by as many people as possible. It is for this reason that, in the event that Users, followers of our profiles, send information of a personal nature to our wall, it will be their sole responsibility.

Anyone who does not wish to be a “follower” of AMA in the social networks in which it is present, simply has to stop following that profile following the provisions of the Privacy Policies and Terms and Conditions of the social network in question. The data of Users uploaded to our profiles will remain in these from the time the User gives his/her consent until he/she withdraws it by requesting it from the platform.

The treatment that AMA carries out within the social networks will be, at most, that which the social network allows to the corporate profiles.
